Bill Anderson, just commissioned on this date as First Mate, has established for the Admiral and Captain a site on the internet where the trials, tribulations, and thrills of this intracoastal waterway journey will be captured. 

First mate’s duties include maintaining the ‘boat’ site and…once we get portside in DC…polishing the Admiral’s Bell.
