This is talkers.swf in the CS4 folder.  This file was produced by Flash CS4, which also produced the SkinUnderAllNoCaption.swf file that's now sitting alongside the html file that is producing this page (flash_cs4_swf.htm).  Note that the video plays fine with controls in FrontPage in preview mode (see jpeg screen capture from FrontPage).  But when uploaded to the server, all you get are the controls waiting for the video, which never comes.
