They paid her to cook for us.  She was very nice, but her quesadillas weren't as good as the ones at the Austin Grill just up the street from my condo.

I took this picture just to remind myself of how important it was to keep a supply of bottled water on hand.  We weren't supposed to drink tap water anywhere in Turkey.  I think it would've been fine, but Mete warned against it, so I bought water everywhere we went.  That's what it looked like.

This is the hotel where we stayed two nights in Cappadocia.  The Prince of Japan was here too.  All those buses belong to his entourage.  We were glad he and his buses disappeared before we loaded our bus this morning.
