Here's the cooking school complex Relais Torre Guelfa (Guelfa Tower Inn) near the Tuscan town of Figline Valdarno (Figline in the Valley of the Arno).  It's owned and operated by Chef Claudio Piantini and his sister Sabrina.  This is a picture Bill grabbed off the internet.  Let's face it:  Things aren't this green in Tuscany the first week in March.  This is what the place looks like in summer when it's all dolled up for a garden party.
