The guidebook says this entrance "continues to captivate visitors."  Well sure it does.  Pretty impressive, actually.

When Bill was in the 7th grade his tyrannical English teacher made his class copy and copy and re-copy a story about that great Portuguese explorer, Vasco da Gama.  Mr. Zurhellen said we'd get to know the guy so well, we'd call him "Uncle Vasco."  So here's his grave.  "Hi, Uncle Vasco!"
