Of all the people on the trip, only one person had a non-negotiable requirement.  Peg was determined to see Sequoias.  But the big trees aren't exactly waiting by the side of the road in Yosemite.  So after a bit of research, we decided that the easiest Sequoias to reach would be in the Tuolumne Grove up Tioga Road.  So off we went in two cars, everybody ready to hike a couple of miles or so to see a wonderful sight.

There was a bit of snow at Tuolumne Grove.
