Bill and Lyn flew from London Heathrow to Lisbon on Air Portugal.  Janet arrived at the airport shortly after they did, and they rode together in a taxi to their hotel, the Tivoli Lisboa.  (The Portuguese pronounce  "Lisbon" as "Lizhbooa," or something like that.  Bill said spoken Portuguese reminded him of some sort of Eastern European language.)
